Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing PiviPets. Every pet is printed and hand-finished to order, and we take care getting it to you in good condition.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
- A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders within the continental United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Digital downloads have no shipping charge. If your order contains only digital items, no shipping is added.
Processing Time
- Orders are printed and hand-finished within 3 to 5 business days.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- During busy periods processing may extend to 7 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Estimated Delivery Time
- After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons outside our control.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Your tracking number arrives in your dispatch confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, email us at info@piviprints.com and we will resolve it.
Digital Downloads
PiviPages storybooks and other digital products are delivered by email as a download link immediately after purchase.
- Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you have a problem with a file, contact us and we will put it right.
- Each digital purchase is licensed for use in one classroom or one home. Please do not redistribute or share the files.
- If your download link does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will resend it.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your PiviPet. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
- Return period: You may return items within 30 days of receiving them.
- Item condition: Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- How to start: Email us at info@piviprints.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you a return address.
- Return shipping: Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- No restocking fee. You pay return postage and nothing else.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your PiviPet arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@piviprints.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and a photo of the packaging, along with your order number. We will replace or refund it.
Please keep the box — if a parcel was damaged in transit we may need it for the shipping claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Digital downloads that have already been downloaded
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
We inspect returns when they arrive and email you either way within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank then usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to post it.
If it has been longer than that and nothing has appeared, email us at info@piviprints.com and we will chase it.
